Includes both the Royal American Modular Line and the North Country Modular Line. The Royal American modular homes are self-contained, which means that the water heater and furnace has been installed at the factory! For North Country modular homes, these are installed after the home is placed on the foundation.
HOMARK MANUFACTURED HOMES
Include both the Royal American and the Hideaway Lodge lines of homes.
The Royal American lends itself to a variety of settings. From Town to country, the Royal American stands out from other factory-built homes. Be it the standard Ashland cabinetry, optional hardwood moldings throughout, 4/12 pitch roof, or tape and textured walls, customer satisfying features are built into each and every home.
The Hideaway Lodge is the ideal home for your river, lake or mountain setting. The optional cedar or log siding, along with the covered deck makes the Hideaway Lodge the natural choice for the person searching for the country home of their dreams.
HOMARK HOMES ARE QUALITY HOMES
The HOMARK Company, Inc. operates a factory in Red Lake Falls, Minnesota. The factory was purchased in February 1991, by 46 employees after many years of private ownership. These employees signed personal commitments to make the purchase, and give them control of all facets of the business of building Manufactured Homes.
One of the earliest commitments was to build the best quality home possible while remaining competitive in the market place. Since that time, the factory has grown substantially in its production capacity and its work force. Being employee-owned, all personnel at HOMARK have the opportunity to buy stock in the company, and many have done just that. They are very proud of the products they build, and want everyone to know that the HOMARK Homes they build are “BUILT WITH PRIDE” by the company owners.
As an employee-owned company, Homark instituted a “Total Commitment to Quality” program in 1994. This program gives today’s home buyer the assurance that is necessary in any home purchase.
HOMARK employees start with a very simple but responsible philosophy of quality. If any material is not equal to their workmanship, they may reject the material involved. Along with this policy they have full time quality control personnel inspecting each home.
In 2007 the employee owners of Homark Company purchased a sales center in Fosston, Minnesota. This gives the employees the advantage of selling modular homes at factory direct pricing and gives them total control from the start of the building process to the delivery & set up of the home.
